Faida Terms

Faida is a load-check helper for checking load money, broker records, and written-term risk from the load facts you provide, with personal info removed.

Acceptance

By using Faida, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Faida.

What Faida is

Faida returns load-offer math, broker context, delay math, counter wording, and questions to confirm before pickup. You remain responsible for deciding whether to accept a load, negotiate a rate, release paperwork, or pursue a claim.

What Faida is not

Not a freight broker, motor carrier, dispatch service, factoring company, payment collector, accounting service, or law firm.
Not a load board and not a guarantee of payment, safety, broker conduct, or legal outcome.
Not a substitute for reviewing contracts, rate confirmations, insurance, authority, or legal obligations yourself.

Pricing

The free calculator is $0 and runs in your browser. The first full Faida check is free. Repeat checks use the $9.99/month subscription through Stripe. Stripe handles payment-card processing under its own terms and privacy practices.

Leave personal info out

Do not submit CDL, SSN, EIN, bank details, payment cards, passwords, account credentials, full street addresses, or paperwork that still contains personal information.

Availability

Faida is in beta. We may change, pause, or remove parts of the service while improving accuracy, safety, and reliability.
