DJ Duplicate Cleaner privacy · Effective May 4, 2026

Your music library stays on your Mac.

DJ Duplicate Cleaner is built to scan the folders you choose, surface duplicate groups, and review supported DJ-library paths without sending your library through a Ni Biashara account or cloud sync service.

This policy covers the Mac app and the product pages under nibiashara.biz/duplicatecleaner/. Questions can be sent to admin@nibiashara.biz.

Local-first scan flow No Ni Biashara sign-in Support by email Apple handles billing
Current data flow

Local by default. Specific about what changes that.

The product truth today is simple: the app touches the folders you grant, keeps its working state on your Mac, and sends nothing to Ni Biashara unless you decide to email support.

What the app touches

The app needs access only to the files and folders you explicitly choose.

  • Selected folders: music folders and DJ library files you grant through the macOS file picker.
  • Local metadata: filenames, paths, timestamps, and sizes needed for duplicate review.
  • Local app state: scan settings, cleanup history, and granted-scope bookmarks.
  • Support details: version or device information only if you include it in a support request.

What Ni Biashara receives

Ni Biashara does not need your whole library to support the app.

  • No account: the current app does not require a Ni Biashara sign-in.
  • No sync: the current app does not include cloud sync.
  • No ad tracking: this product surface does not use third-party ad SDKs or behavioral tracking pixels.
  • Email only: if you contact support, we receive only what you choose to send.

What Apple handles

DJ Duplicate Cleaner is sold through the Mac App Store.

  • Billing: Apple processes the purchase transaction.
  • Card details: Ni Biashara does not receive your full payment card details through the app.
  • Store account data: App Store account information is governed by Apple’s own terms and policies.

If this policy must change

The current product truth is local-first. If the app ever adds sign-in, analytics, sync, cloud processing, or any new data flow, this page should be updated before that version ships.

Shipping rule

New data behavior gets new public copy first, not after the release.

If you need to ask about the data flow, email product support directly.
