What Faida does.

It is a load and delay decision aid for small carriers and owner-operators. A driver gets a broker offer, opens ChatGPT, and runs the numbers through Faida before answering. Load-offer checks, delay math, broker wording, and counter-rate thinking from redacted facts.

The free rate-per-mile calculator runs in the browser with no login. When a carrier needs more than a quick check, the first full check is free; repeat checks use the $9.99/month pass through Stripe, with a redacted web intake on Ni Biashara.

Why the review mattered.

Submitting for review forced the product to be specific. Real privacy language, real terms, a working MCP endpoint, a demo recording, and a product page that told the truth about what Faida does and does not do. The review process was the quality gate.

OpenAI review asks the same questions a customer asks: what is this, what does it do, can I trust it, and what happens when I use it? Passing review means those answers held up under external scrutiny.

The paid side stays on the web.

Quick checks can run in ChatGPT. When a carrier needs a deeper read on a messy load offer or a detention situation, they move to the Ni Biashara web intake with Stripe checkout. That separation keeps the ChatGPT app clean and the subscription-backed work properly receipted.

What this means for the studio.
