Ni Biashara Work with us

how we work

Data and strategy.
Not AI for everything.

Most shops will sell you a chatbot and call it a strategy. We start somewhere less exciting and far more useful: your actual numbers. Where your inquiries come from, where they die, and what one customer is worth. Then we fix the thing that moves those numbers — whether or not that thing is software.

Step one

Three questions before we build anything.

01

Where do inquiries come from?

Google, Instagram, a WhatsApp group, word of mouth, the sign on the door. Most owners have a guess. The guess is usually wrong, and it is usually wrong in an expensive direction.

02

Where do they die?

A message read at 9pm and forgotten. A form nobody checks. A price question that takes two days to answer. This is where most of the money leaks, and it is almost never a technology problem.

03

What is a customer worth?

Once you know what one booking, order, or client is actually worth over a year, every spending decision gets easy — including the decision to not spend.

Step two

Sometimes the answer isn't software.

We would rather tell you the cheap fix and keep you for five years than sell you a build you did not need.

  • A phone line that gets answered beats an AI receptionist that annoys people.
  • Correct hours on Google beats a new website, most of the time.
  • One clear price on the page beats a clever quote calculator.
  • Photos of your actual food beat a redesign.
  • Answering within the hour beats almost everything else on this list.

Step three

Then we build the part that pays.

01

Pick one job

The repeated work that already costs you time or customers. One job, not a transformation programme.

02

Ship it in ten days

We configure it, test it against real examples from your business, then train you on it and hand it over with the rules written down.

03

Then the next one

We keep going while it keeps paying. If a month goes by where we did not move a number, say so and we will fix that or you can walk.

Where AI fits

Used on purpose, or not at all.

We do run AI — a WhatsApp assistant that handles first replies, drafting tools, and tools we built ourselves. It earns its place on repeated, high-volume, low-judgement work.

  • Good fit: answering the same twenty questions, drafting replies, sorting inbound, first-pass data entry.
  • Bad fit: anything where being wrong costs you a customer, a payment, or your reputation.
  • Never on autopilot: sending, paying, posting, or deleting. A human approves those. Every time.

The terms

What you own.

  • Billing, logins, domains, and data stay in your name from day one.
  • We work inside your accounts as an invited admin, never as the owner.
  • You can remove us in an afternoon and everything keeps running.
  • Flat $1,000 a month, everything included, month to month — or 5% of the sales that run through the systems we set up, and nothing if nothing runs through them.

Questions

Do you build AI into every project?

No. We use AI where it pays for itself on a repeated task, and we say so plainly when it doesn't. Plenty of businesses lose more money to an unanswered phone than anything a chatbot would recover.

How long before something changes?

The first fix usually ships inside ten days. One job, configured, tested on real examples from your business, then handed over.

Do you only work with restaurants?

No. Restaurants are where we have the deepest track record, but we work with service businesses, shops, and personal brands — consultants, DJs, coaches, realtors, and creators who need the business side handled.

Who owns the accounts?

You do, from day one. That is not negotiable and it is not a favour — it is how we think this should work.

What if it isn't working?

Tell us. Month to month exists so you are never stuck, and the 5% option exists so you can make us earn it.

Start here

Send the messy business problem.

A current link, menu, Instagram page, Google listing, or WhatsApp thread is enough to start. We will tell you what we would fix first — before you pay us anything.
